At Asta Jewels, we're confident you'll adore our products. If you ever need to return an item from your order, we're here to assist you with our hassle-free 30-day return policy, no questions asked.

 

Return Shipping

For all customers, our 30-day return policy applies, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Terms

All returned items must be unworn and include their original packaging and documentation, including the diamond certificate (if you have purchase from us). If the item shows signs of use, a $500 deduction will apply to the refund. If the certificate is lost or tampered with, a $150 replacement fee per certificate will be deducted. Appraisal fees of $50 are non-refundable, and engraved rings will have a $50 deduction. The 30-day timeline starts from the date of order delivery. Please note that personalized, modified, resized, and bespoke custom items are not eligible for returns. Previously exchanged items are also not eligible for returns or further exchanges.

 

Return Packaging

Safe and secure packaging is essential for all eligible returns to ensure a secure transit. When shipping your products, you must provide images of the items inside the package (showing the merchandise being returned) and the outside packaging, which must be properly secured. Returns are subject to approval based on the quality and accuracy of the provided images. If images are not shared or are disapproved by our team, your package will not be insured, potentially risking a secure transit. In such cases, we will not be responsible for the safety of your parcel.

 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund before it's shipped. Please note that bespoke custom designs cannot be canceled after the first 48 hours following order completion.
