Lifetime Warranty

Asta Jewels offers a FREE lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for custom-made and made-to-order products. If you believe your piece has a defect, contact us for return instructions (shipping costs covered by you). We'll repair or replace warranted issues, including metal work, stone setting, and prongs tightening. Our warranty doesn't cover items previously repaired elsewhere, lost diamonds, normal wear, or discoloration from chemicals. We'll provide a repair cost quote for non-warranted issues before proceeding.

Shipping Terms for Repaired Items

Repaired items are usually shipped within 7-10 business days upon receiving them. Remaking an item may take up to 2 weeks. International customers are responsible for customs processes and import duties; please consult your local customs office. For further details, see our shipping policy.
