We provide FREE worldwide shipping for all Asta Jewels orders. To make your Asta Jewels experience even more convenient, we also offer FREE returns for orders within the United States.

 

Shipping Timeline

At Asta Jewels, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives on time. However, there are rare instances when unforeseen events like bad weather, delivery delays, or incorrect addresses can affect the delivery time.

The estimated shipment date is when we send your order from our Indian shipping office. Keep in mind that it doesn't include the time taken by our delivery partners or local customs for international orders.

Our made-to-order items are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. Platinum products will be dispatched within 3 to 4 weeks from the order date.

 

Safety Precautions & Insurance

For your protection, Asta Jewels always insures all items for their full value. All shipments require an adult signature at the delivery destination. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped by us. Please note that we do not ship in P.O. boxes, APOs, and FPOs to ensure the complete safety of your package.

 

Track Your Order

We make it easy for you to know how soon you can expect the delivery of your product. All orders are scheduled to ship on or before the expected shipment date shown in the order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information.
