Yes. Lab created diamonds have the same physical, chemical, and optical characteristics as natural diamonds, as well as the same fire, scintillation, and sparkle. They are real diamonds. Lab created diamonds are nearly impossible to differentiate from natural diamonds with the naked eye.

Lab diamonds receive grading reports from independent gemological organizations on the 4Cs: Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight. Just like in mined diamonds, lab diamonds will exhibit variations across the 4Cs and range from poor to superlative quality.

To ensure the highest level of quality, all of our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order for every customer. Once your order is received and processed, we will begin crafting - it will take approximately 8-10 days to complete your jewelry.

Once completed, it will either ship in approximately 5 to 7 days depending on the destination country.

If you wish to have the CGL give your ring a thorough grading of all the stones and precious metals used, please add a note while check out. When crafting has completed, the jewelry will be sent to an independent grading lab for grading then shipped to you. Please allow approximately 7 additional business days for this service.

Yes. Your order is shipped to you fully-insured with a signature-required, so someone over the age of 21-years-old will need to sign for and receive the package.

Yes. As soon as your order is complete and set up for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can track your package and anticipate its arrival.

No, we do not charge any additional fees for any orders. Your order total and any additional service are all you're required to pay. 

Please follow these simple instructions for returning/exchanging an item:

1. Acquire your ORDER ID 
   Call +91 9265440337 or email us at theastajewels@gmail.com. You will be emailed an address with shipping instructions and your return authorization code.
2. Package Your Return
   Include all original packaging and collateral material including undamaged ring box and outer cardboard protection box, IGI or CGL certificate (if any) and polishing cloth. For security reasons, never put the word “diamonds/ valuable” on a package you are sending – this is an invitation to thieves.
3. Insure Your Package
   We recommend you ship your package via US Postal Service Express, insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.00USD.)

You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at theastajewels@gmail.com. Asta jewels will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Once we receive your returned item, and it is accepted, your refund or new item (if exchanging) will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality department.

Please note that items showing signs of wear, dirty or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or loose stones set (by a jeweler other than Asta), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Asta return code and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed or damaged.
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lifetime Warranty

Asta Jewels offers a FREE lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for custom-made and made-to-order products. If you believe your piece has a defect, contact us for return instructions (shipping costs covered by you). We'll repair or replace warranted issues, including metal work, stone setting, and prongs tightening. Our warranty doesn't cover items previously repaired elsewhere, lost diamonds, normal wear, or discoloration from chemicals. We'll provide a repair cost quote for non-warranted issues before proceeding.

Shipping Terms for Repaired Items

Repaired items are usually shipped within 7-10 business days upon receiving them. Remaking an item may take up to 2 weeks. International customers are responsible for customs processes and import duties; please consult your local customs office. For further details, see our shipping policy.

If you are purchasing finished jewelry, we do not allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison with the intent to keep one and return the others since each piece will be made-to-order. We provide an excellent service for personal shoppers that will definitely help you decide between any of our jewelry pieces, so please do not hesitate to contact us prior to your purchase so we can answer any questions you may have.

Yes. We do not plate any of our metals – all of our settings are solid metal.

We do not keep stock. We make the jewelry when you order it and to the exact requirements you choose. This ensures you get the highest quality possible.

Absolutely! We can make any ring without a center stone, but will still need to craft it based on the size and shape of stone you plan on setting. Please contact us with this information and we will set up this order for you.

Can I set a stone I have in one of the settings from Asta?

We are happy to set your stone(s) in our rings for a setting fee of $100 USD. We will need to know the shape and exact size (millimeters) prior to crafting the ring of your choosing to ensure your stone will fit. Our jewelers are highly skilled with many years in the industry and will take the utmost care when setting a stone. Asta will not be held responsible for any breakage that could occur during the setting of a third party stone.

All of our accent lab grown diamonds used in Asta settings are guaranteed to be a minimum of F-G in color and VS1-VS2 in clarity. 

Asta provides an IGI certificate for your diamonds at a minimal charge of $100. The lab-created diamond will be graded on its 4 C's (color, cut, clarity, and color). The report will identify your lab-created diamond as laboratory grown and will show all measurements, proportions, finish and identifications of the diamond graded.
